Our enquiry form asks for your name, company, email, optional phone number, route, service and message. Please do not submit identity documents, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How enquiries are used
Details are sent to info@starbrain.sa to review your requirements, respond and prepare a proposal. Relevant operational details may be shared with a proposed logistics partner when needed to assess or deliver your requested service.
Website operation
The hosting service may record technical access and security logs. Google Fonts supplies the website typefaces and may receive your IP address when fonts load. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts in this release.
Retention and your enquiries
Enquiries are retained as needed for business follow-up and applicable record-keeping requirements. Email info@starbrain.sa to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion where applicable.
