Shipment information
Provide each parcel’s dimensions, gross weight, contents description and recipient details. Fragile, high-value, restricted or unusually shaped items require review before acceptance.
Last-mile handover
Agree the delivery address, recipient contact, access instructions and any handover confirmation requirements. Do not assume live tracking, a particular proof-of-delivery system or payment collection is included unless confirmed.
Returns & unsuccessful deliveries
Define the handling of unreachable customers, refused orders, address corrections and returns. Redelivery, waiting and return charges should be agreed in advance for ongoing work.

Can you support regular parcel delivery work?+
Send collection locations, daily or weekly volumes, parcel sizes and delivery areas. We will review a suitable operating arrangement and confirm availability and scope.
Is parcel tracking included?+
Tracking, delivery confirmation and reporting arrangements are defined during quotation. A dedicated live tracking platform is not promised on this website.
